What is “crack fishing”?

I’ve heard a couple of Crappie fishermen use the term “pulling” as opposed to “trolling” what’s the difference?

I can usually pull in quite a few Crappie when I’m out but I’d really like to catch the “big one”. Is there anything that I can do to increase the size of the Crappie I catch?

I’m a little frustrated with the crowded conditions in most of the local fishing areas. Are there any out of the way places that would be good for fishing Crappie and not quick so overrun with other fishermen?

Will using electronics improve my chances of catching Crappie in the ice?

When ice-fishing for Crappies is it better to use live bait or artificial bait?
