		<description>Why are there two ways of creating the button element in html?. (Using the  tag and the  tag?). The reason I ask is because I have two buttons, both with onclick events doing the same thing.. The onclick event for the  tag element works perfectly,. but the onclick event for the  tag element occurs even when I click outside of the element!. . Any thoughts?.</description>
