Do you recommend Kalin’s crappie jigs?

Kalin makes a fine crappie jig. In fact, they have been tested time and again by both tournament anglers and both novice and expert class recreational catfish fishermen. Consider Kalin’s grubs. These babies work their little tails off. No matter where you go, no matter what your target is, they work. They come in a wide array of colors and varying sizes as well, making them a very popular brand in tournaments. Slopoke Grub Master jigs by Kalin, are a relatively new jig concept, and are about as good as it gets. They come in orange, blue, pink, black, and purple. The colors of the jigs shine through the hologram grub, and really take on the look of bait fish. They work extremely well in wood and rock as well as in weeded areas, and come complete with VMC performance hook. They are precision balanced to provide excellent action and a great fall. Of course there are variations and exceptions depending on water conditions, locations, time of the year, weather, and the crappie themselves (known to often be finicky things even under the most optimal conditions) but generally speaking, if you use a couple of 1/16 oz jigs on your rods, and tie them about a foot and a half apart, you should see some action! Try this setup and see if it works for you. On top, put a two inch yellow and green Kalin grub, and on your bottom hook, run yourself a blue, black and chartreuse grub. That is an often winning combination.
