I need some new crappie recipes, what do you have?

I have many crappie recipes. I tried a new recipe a few weeks ago and had to change it around a bit, but my recipe was just delicious. Crappie Stir Fry Two pounds of crappie fillets cut into bit size chunks Two cups of bean sprouts One sliced onion Two cups mushrooms sliced One carrot shaved and sliced One sliced green pepper Garlic to taste Bay leafs Seasoning sauce Seasoning salt to taste Salt and pepper to taste In a frying pan with a few drops of olive oil, saut the vegetables until they are soft. Add the seasonings, sauce and stir together over high heat. Add the chunk crappie and cook for ten minutes on high heat. Remove from heat and serve over rice or noodles. This taste absolutely divine. The other recipe that I tried and really enjoyed was a little different. Don’t turn your nose up, it was very tasty and no one noticed anything different. Crappie in Yogurt Ten crappie filets One cup of yogurt plain One cup flour One cup bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning 1/2 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/4 black pepper 1/8 cayenne pepper Spray Pam on a cookie sheet. Turn the oven to 400 degrees. Put the yogurt in a bowl. Mix the seasonings and breadcrumbs in a plastic bag. Coat each filet by dipping it in the yogurt and then shake it in the plastic bag mixture. Lay on the baking sheet and cook twenty minutes.
