I am the webmaster for Moon Landing RV Park & Marina and I can tell you the lake is full of crappie!Moon Landing is a great place to fish! Even though it is a very popular lake it's not crowded so not too much in the way of interference from jet skis and speed boats stirring up the water. I live in the campground year round and anytime of the year is good fishing of some kind. I'm not an expert like yourself but I grew up here and my daddy was a dedicated fisherman, he used to take me fishing a lot. He also made custom turkey calls. I ALSO HAVE FOUND PROPER TECHNIQUES...TO BUILD MY OWN PLYWOOD BOATS. I AM ALSO GOINGN TO BUILD SOME STRIP BOATS. SEE I AM NOT A GOOD FISHERMAN!! I ONLY BEGAN FISHING AVIDLY IN THE PAST 2 YRS.
