We are looking for some new crappie recipes, have any good ones?

There are so many crappie recipes that I enjoy using. Two of the newer recipes that I have tried are the Mexican Crappie and the Baked Dill Crappie. These two recipes have a unique taste because of the different ingredients that you use. I think that you will enjoy the rich flavor of each one. Mexican Crappie One jar of picante sauce White cornmeal Peanut oil Crappie filets Place the crappie filets in a bowl. Pour a jar of picante sauce over the filets so that each one in coated. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, remove the filets from the picante sauce and allow the excess to drain off. Put the white cornmeal on the counter and roll the filets in the cornmeal. Place some peanut oil in a frying pan and heat. When the oil is hot, place the filets in the oil and fry. Flip over when one side is golden and allow the other side to get golden. Baked Dill Crappie Miracle Whip Dill weed 4 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup finely crushed soda crackers Grease a baking dish. Place the crappie filets in a single layer inside the baking dish. Spread Miracle Whip over the filets. Lightly sprinkle some dill weed on each filet. Melt the butter in the microwave and then add 1/2 cup of soda crackers and mix well. Sprinkle the crackers over the top of each filet. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
